1. Name of your event.
2. Event date and time
3. Event location
4. Fee or admission price for your event.
5. Contact telephone number for viewers to obtain additional information about your event.
6. Information about event content such as performers, speakers, artists, etc.
7. Name of the organization sponsoring the event.

You may include a photo and/or image of your logo with your e-mail message. Please send these as JPG, GIF or TIF files only.
