The Township of Montclair is taking a step to further educate the members of the Section 8 Program by holding seminars to explain the importance of understanding how the program works. The intent of the seminars are to inform and educate all Section 8 Program participants of the rules, regulations and family obligations that all participants must comply with. The seminars will last about one hour and there will also be a question and answer period for all those in attendance. All Housing Choice Vouchers participants are mandated to attend.
