Township Receives Over $477K in 2008 CDBG Awards |

Director of Planning, Zoning and Community Development Karen Kadus is pleased to announce that Montclair Township received $477,472 from the 2008 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Following is a list of all grants:

HOMECorp's CDBG request for $200,000 to construct 4 affordable dwelling units on New Street was transferred to the HOME program as a forgivable loan.
The Salvation Army also received $35,000 in Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds to renovate the homeless shelter on North Fullerton Avenue and for shelter night reimbursements for homeless families.
