NEW BUSINESS
ORDINANCES
- Bond Ordinance providing for various improvements to the Water Utility of the Township of Montclair, in the County of Essex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $980,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $931,000 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.
- Bond Ordinance providing for various improvements to the Sewer Utility of the Township of Montclair, in the County of Essex, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $330,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $315,500 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.
Consent Agenda

There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so request, in which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
