- A. Ordinance to amend the Traffic Ordinance – new traffic signal (Watchung and North Mountain Avenues) Introduced and passed first reading September 9, 2008. Is there anyone present who wishes to be heard in relation to the proposed ordinance? CLOSE HEARING. VOTE. (08-32)
- B. Ordinance amending Chapter 297 of the Township Code (the “Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance”) to prohibit the removal or replacement of Bluestone sidewalk. ORDINANCES – FIRST READING/INTRODUCTION
- Ordinance amending Section 327-24B of the Township Code entitled “Handicapped Parking” to provide revised regulations for designation of off-street handicapped parking spaces
- Ordinance amending Chapter 297 of the Township Code (the “Streets and Sidewalks Ordinance”) to prohibit the removal or replacement of Bluestone Sidewalks
- Ordinance amending Section 347-173 of the township Code (the “Demolition Review Ordinance for Potentially Historic Buildings and Structures”) in order to modify the definition of “Partial Demolition”
- Ordinance amending Sections 230-1, 230-5 and 230-40 of the Township Code (the “Parking Lots Ordinance”)
