- Refunding bond ordinance providing for payment of amounts owing to others for taxes levied in and by the Township of Montclair, appropriating appropriating $960,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $960,000 bonds or notes of the Township for financing the cost thereof. Introduced and passed first reading October 21, 2008. Is there anyone present who wishes to be heard in relation to the proposed ordinance? CLOSE HEARING. VOTE. (08-42)
- Bond Ordinance providing for various capital improvements of the township, appropriating the aggregate amount of $2,000,700 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof. E. Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 347 of the Township Code (the “Zoning Ordinance”) to establish a mandatory sign requirement for capital projects (08-49)
F. Ordinance to amend the Traffic Ordinance – Multiway stop intersection at Chestnut Street and North Fullerton Avenue (08-50) (Township Engineer)

The Council welcomes public comment at its meetings. However, because of the constraints of time and in fairness to all members of the public, the Council asks that you please limit your comments to five minutes, in order to allow everyone an opportunity to be heard.
