Everyone says keeps your eyes and ears open for terrorism, what are you looking for?.. The CAT Eye program answers that question by giving the average person terrorist indicators to watch for not race or religion!
The Community Anti-terrorism Training Institute (C.A.T. Eyes) is a program developed by US military officers, local Police, and an Israeli Police Officer to assist local communities to fight against domestic terrorism and racial profiling. The program involves the joint efforts of law enforcement and the community. The program enhances neighborhood security, heightens the community's power of observation, and encourages mutual assistance and concern among neighbors.
The basic C.A.T. Eyes program is an enlightening 45-minute presentation that empowers it graduates to help protect their community, workplace, or home. We have CAT Eye trained employees from the White House, the New York Stock Exchange, law firms, casinos, and shipping companies to average citizens at neighborhood block watches and social clubs.
Training covers 3 main points:
Overview of terrorism What specifically to look for (activities and tools of Support Cells, Operational Cells, and Intelligence cells) How to properly report findings For more information, contact Lt. Kenneth V. Miscia, Jr. @ (973) 509-4740 or go to www.cateyesprogram.com |
