Dear Sir,

Enclosed please find our Notice of Quiet Zone Continuation for a Pre-Rule Partial Quiet Zone for Montclair, N.J. This is a re-notification, as we had submitted our Notice of Quiet Zone Continuation dated March 15, 2005, prior to the Final Rule being adopted on April 27, 2005. Certain changes in the Final Rule, such as changes in Section numbering, the addition of a new category for Pre-Rule Patrial Quiet zones, and the certification to be signed by the chief executive officer of each public authority participating in the continuation of the Quiet Zone, caused us to file this re-notification.
