Township Tax Revaluation Status Update - August 11, 2006 |

Appraisal Systems, Inc. (ASI) reports that as of August 10, they have inspected 3665 reisidential properties and 225 commercial and industrial properties. ASI is the tax assessment firm contracted by the Township to conduct the 2006 property tax revaluation of all Montclair properties as mandated by the Essex County Board of Taxation and the State of New Jersey.
