The Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development presented the Montclair Township draft Action Plan, Wednesday, May 11. The following table presents the County’s intended funding for Montclair projects. The County also announced that the Essex County Home Improvement Program will receive $820,781 in FY 2011 and the Essex County HOME Program will receive $1,143,639 for affordable housing projects in FY 2011. The public hearing of the County’s intent to fund these projects is scheduled for Wednesday, June 1.
