AGENDA FOR PLANNING BOARD MEETING

1. Reappointments and New Member Welcome:  Lanny Kurzweil has been reappointed as a Member of the Planning Board, Paul Rabinovitch has been reappointed as First Alternate and Margaret Seip has been appointed as Second Alternate.
2. Meeting Schedule for 2012
3. Approval of Minutes:  Approval of minutes from November 7, 2011.
4. Planning Report:  Zoning Subcommittee report, Master Plan background report, and articles from NY Times.
5. Resolutions:
   Application 2251:  Shalini Mali – 206 Claremont Avenue.  Minor site plan with variances for conversion of existing office space to medical office use.
6. Public Hearings: 
   a. Application 2250: Township of Montclair.  Preliminary and final major subdivision approval to create four new lots on Wildwood Avenue. Hearing continued from November 7th meeting.
   b. Application 2212: Union Court, LLC.  Site plan application for changes to existing parking lot at 3 North Willow Street. Application carried from October 3, 2011 and November 7, 2011 meeting.
