Montclair TV34 won four JAM Video Festival Awards during the Power of Partners Conference held May 3-4 by the Jersey Access Group (JAG) and the Alliance for Community Media (ACM) Mid-Atlantic Region, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick.

Video broadcast submissions for the awards were open to public and government access stations from all parts of the United States.

Montclair township won awards in several categories:

• Documentary: first place, "Sold Out by Mother Nature," Heather Altschuler, producer

• Senior Programming: second place, "News and Views," Senior Citizen Advisory Committee, producer

• Issues or Politics: second place, "Greater Montclair, Defining Homelessness," Greater Montclair team, producer

• Live event: second place, "Montclair Remembers 9-11 Concert," Township of Montclair, producer
