He has been featured in The American Lawyer magazine and the Corporate Crime Reporter. Bill served as one of the lead attorneys in a healthcare case that resulted in a $163 million recovery on behalf of the United States. Bill also serves as an adjunct professor teaching Healthcare Law and Legal Research and Writing at Seton Hall University School of Law.

While in Washington, D.C., Bill served as a federal prosecutor for the Office of Independent Counsel investigating allegations of corruption at the highest levels of the federal government. Before becoming an attorney, he served on the staff of two Offices of Independent Counsel and worked for a United States Congressman and a Member of Parliament in the British House of Commons.

Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Justice from American University and the University of London, where he attained Dean’s List. He graduated from American University, Washington College of Law, receiving his juris doctorate with honors.

He is proud of the fact that both of his children attend Montclair’s public school system. Bill has been very active in the Montclair School District and he volunteers to support the many events and fundraisers held for the schools. Every year he presents Goldilocks v. The Three Bears, a mock trial for elementary school children where they learn firsthand how the court system works.

Bill has served in various capacities in town. He was appointed to the town’s capital finance committee, where he served for four years. He coached numerous teams in the Montclair tee-ball and youth soccer leagues and the Northeast School geography bee. Bill is also a member of several local and community boards.
