Montclair Pop Warner Jr Pee Wee and Pee Wee teams Crowned 2014 NJPW Champions PDF Print E-mail

The Montclair Recreation Pop Warner Jr Pee Wee and Pee Wee football teams took North Jersey Division 2 titles last Sunday in Elizabeth High School’s Williams Field. Both teams will now move on to the first round of the Eastern Regional tournament to vie for a chance to advance to the National Championship at Disney World in Orlando, FL this December.

The Bulldogs Jr Pee Wees (ages 8-11) 10-0 continued a storybook season by defeating the Linden Tigers 9-0 for the championship. The locals knew going into the game that things will become tougher for the team by advancing to the title game -- a great deal of pressure on a young but relentless squad.
