Sharon Colucci, Station Manager TV34 is a Municipal Access Channel which operates out of the Montclair Township Broadcast Center, located at 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair. Montclair's TV34 provides community related programming, coverage of township council meetings, and public announcements for government, educational and non-profit organizations. The channel's service is currently available to Comcast subscribers in the Montclair Township local area. Montclair TV34 was presented with six JAM video awards at the 2013 Eastern Region Media Conference held at the New Brunswick Hyatt Regency, May 15-17. TV34 Station Manager Sharon Colucci accepted two trophies and four certificates on behalf of the winning productions.
Montclair TV34 launched a new sports program last week -- Three Wise Men, a talk format sports show with hosts Mike of Montclair, Al of White Plains and Dennis of Yonkers. Montclairites will remember Al, Mike and Denis as local Montclair radio jocks and frequent callers to WFAN. Well they’re back to talk, rant and rave about national sports again -- this time on TV34. Three Wise Men airs daily at 8:30 p.m.
Mayor Robert Jackson was the invited speaker at the 24th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Scholarship Fund Breakfast held in the George Inness Annex of Montclair High School on Monday, January 21, 2013. Montclair TV34 joined forces with Montclair PBA Local 53, Parents Who Rock and Prudential New Jersey Properties to host Shore Aid – a live telethon to benefit the victims of super storm Sandy. The event was held Sunday, December 2 in Montclair Council Chambers, where numerous performers and guests helped pack the house for an afternoon of music and community giving.
