This week (week of July 18) crews will be grouting sewer lines and performing sewer line video inspections on Alexander Avenue. There may be minor traffic issues associated with the work (two trucks in the road) but road closures are not likely.

During the week of July 25, work crews will be cleaning and performing video inspections of sewer laterals on Alexander Avenue; they will also be coordinating duties with County trench restoration crews. This may result in minor traffic issues during the week (two trucks in the road), including the possibility of lane closures.

Yantacaw Brook Road will be milled and paved from the July 27-29. Traffic will need to be diverted during milling and paving.

During the weeks of August 1 and August 8 sewer laterals will be relined on Alexander Avenue.  While this work is taking place, residents will be notified that they cannot use their sewer lines for approximately two hours while the lining process takes place. Only two laterals will be done per day. Minor traffic issues are anticipated, however residents must keep in mind that approximately 20 laterals must be relined.
