This is a remote meeting conducted by Cisco Webex Meeting that is open to the public and will be televised live on TV34 and Montclair Government YouTube.  The public can participate in the meeting via computer, iPad/iPhone, Android device or by telephone.

  3. Resolutions:
    1. Resolution for App. 2673 - Malgorzata Dolgan: 12 Washington Street.  Bulk variance of the side yard setback and building coverage for additions to a two-family dwelling in the R-2 Two Family Zone.
    2. Resolution for App. 2674 - Derick & Sallie Deysel: 16 Bradford Avenue.  Bulk variance of the front yard setback for corner lots for additions to a one-family dwelling in the R-1 One Family Zone.
    3. Resolution for App. 2677 - Stuart Altschuler: 8 North Brookwood Road.  Bulk variance of the accessory structure location to locate a generator in the front yard one a corner lot in the R-1 One Family Zone.
    4. Resolution for App. 2678 - Thomas Hickey.  365 North Fullerton Avenue.  Bulk variance of the front yard setback to construct an addition to a one-family dwelling in the R-1 One Family Zone.

    1. App. 2664 – Montclair Unicorn Partners: 3A North Willow Street & 339-345 Bloomfield Avenue.  Use variance to locate office space on the first floor in the C-1 Central Business Zone and site plan approval for associated site improvements.
