    1. Resolution for App. 2719 – 92 Bay Street: New Assets, LLC.  Conditional use variance for conversion of existing two-family dwelling to four-family dwelling, additions to building and site plan approval in the R-4 Three Story Apartment Zone. 
    2. Resolution for App. 2717 – 69-71 Mission Street: Pathar Design & Construction, LLC.  Bulk variances for additions to two-family dwellings and off-street parking area. 
    3. Resolution for App. 2731 – 21 New Street: Malgorzata Dolgan.  Bulk variance for addition to dwelling in the R-2 Two Family Zone.
