AGENDA FOR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

This is a remote meeting conducted by Cisco WebEx Meeting that is open to the public and will be televised live on TV34 and Montclair Government YouTube.  The public can participate in the meeting via computer, iPad/iPhone, Android device or by telephone.

    2. App. 2767 – 173-177 Highland Avenue:  Vandana Venkatesh (Block 504, Lot 9.01).  Use variance to convert pool house to a single-family dwelling in the R-O zone district.
    3. App. 2768 – 310 North Fullerton Avenue:  Michelle Glennon (Block 3403, Lot 19).  Bulk variances for new detached garage in the R-1 zone district.
