Pools & Tennis Courts

The Department of Recreation will begin selling pool badges for the 2021 swim season on Wednesday, May 5.

Mountainside Pool will open on Saturday, May 29, and Nishuane Pool will open on Saturday, June 12, for weekends only.  Both pools will operate on a seven-day (7) schedule beginning June 25. Pools will operate at 50% capacity with social distancing on the deck and in the pool. Capacity guidelines will be monitored.

The pools will operate on 2-hour swim shifts (11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.) All members will be asked to vacate the pool at the end of each shift for daily sanitizing COVID-19 protocol. We ask that all pool members only visit the pool for one time shift each day. This will allow for all members to be able to visit the pool daily.

Temperatures of all staff and pool patrons will be required prior to entering the facility. No one will be allowed to enter with a temperature of 100.4 or higher.
