Saturday, October 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Essex County Fleet Management (Public Works), 99 W. Bradford Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ.

The event is free to all Essex County residents. Essex County residents must provide proof of residency at the site.
