Montclair Farmers’ Market Opens 26th SeasonThe Montclair Farmers’ Market season will kick off its second quarter-century on Saturday, June 2, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Walnut Street Train Station parking lot.

The weekly market runs all summer and thru the fall until Thanksgiving; five family farms will be with us again this season, offering their just-picked Garden State produce, plus our 18 specialty food artisans.

Additionally, this is the fourth season during which SNAP, WIC, and Seniors Farmers Market Nutrition Program participants receive double the value of their coupons, thanks to a generous grant from Partners for Health.

The Montclair Farmers’ Market is proud to have spearheaded the locally-sourced, fresh food movement over a quarter-century ago; it remains the popular meeting place for hundreds of residents, visitors, families and friends who enjoy not only our healthy, tasty foods, but also a tangible sense of community due to the presence of the growers, chef-prepared food tastings, non-profit display tables, and musical entertainment (list follows).

We’ll see you at the Market!
