Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., the “Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L. 1975, c. 231, and N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.1 et seq. the Township of Montclair Rent Control Board will meet on the dates listed below:
2026 Rent Control Board Meetings
The meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m (unless otherwise noted above) at the Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Montclair, New Jersey. Notice has also been posted on the bulletin board outside the main public entrance of the Municipal Building.
