The Montclair Housing Commission is responsible for implementing Montclair Township’s Affordable Housing Strategy and monitoring the Township’s efforts in this area and is supported by municipal staff. The Commission works closely with local non-profit housing organizations, including HOMECorp and the Essex Community Land Trust, in advancing affordable housing initiatives.
