Regular Council Meetings are held in the municipal building Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, unless otherwise noted. Regular Council Meetings are broadcast live on the Montclair TV34 YouTube channel.

Conference Meetings are held in the municipal building Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, unless otherwise noted. 

Executive Sessions are scheduled as required. The Council may conduct public business and take action at all Council Meetings if necessary.
