The traffic signals at the intersection of Watchung Avenue and Grove Street are currently out of service following a motor vehicle crash. Essex County has been notified, but there is currently no estimated time for repairs. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible or expect delays.

The appointments may be staggered to provide continuity on a particular Board or Commission.
