Office of Vital Statistics

In compliance with state regulations, the Office of Vital Statistics keeps records of all births, deaths and marriages, civil unions and domestic partnerships.  Certified copies of vital records can be obtained through this office. If you are applying for a certified copy of a vital record in person, it may take up to 3 business days to process.

The Office of Vital Statistics also handles dog and cat licenses.  The Township requires that all dogs and cats be licensed annually. A certificate of rabies vaccination is required to obtain a license. Free rabies clinics are offered every February, May and September.

Please call ahead of time to confirm that a registrar is available.

We accept personal checks, money orders, or exact change for payment. Please do not send cash by mail.
