Single Use Parking Permit 

You can still conveniently purchase a permit online at a daily rate of $5 per permit. We have transitioned to a new parking permitting system, and to obtain a single use permit, you must now visit https://montclairnjonline.parkvantage.com/register and setup an account.

• Valid in any Township Parking Lot locations labeled “PERMIT PARKING ONLY” or for overnight street locations which have been approved for overnight parking.
• This option is ALSO available if you wish to purchase permits for future use. You can hold onto it and assign a date and vehicle anytime within those 3 years.
• Valid for overnight parking on approved streets between 2 a.m.- 5 a.m. ONLY or in any municipal parking lot in a Permit Parking Only space for the date selected.
• Cannot be used at Bay St Deck, Bay Street Extension lots, Crescent Deck, Midtown Deck, any metered parking or for on-street daytime parking.
• This permit is not valid for on-street parking during snow events.
• Montclair permit purchases are non-refundable, and no exchanges can be made.

Please note: Daily permits NO LONGER need to be physically displayed in the vehicle, your license plate serves as your permit.

Parking permits are now monthly*. ALL parking spaces in municipal lots marked with "PERMIT PARKING ONLY" are for permits only and are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
