New Jersey C-Pace Program

NEW JERSEY C-PACE PROGRAM

• C-Pace (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) is a loan program meant to incentivize the installation of clean and resiliency related improvements in commercial, industrial and some multi-family buildings.
• 40 + C-Pace programs throughout the United States
• Private lenders provide funding. No public dollars are used in this program.
• The loan payment is made through a special quarterly tax payment made on the property. Because the loan runs with the property, lenders are more inclined to grant loans.
