Forms must be submitted with a filing fee of $300 per dwelling unit.
PLEASE PRINT YOUR COMPLETED FORM AND SUBMIT WITH A CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO THE “TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR.”
Returned Check Fee: As per the Township Code § 136-5, a fee of $20.00 will be charged for any returned payment.

Please inform the Rent Control Office if any individual listed on the forms is entitled to the protections afforded under “Daniel’s Law” (P.L. 2020. c.125)
