December 9 Election Cancelled

The election scheduled for December 9, 2025 is cancelled. There is no further information regarding a new date for this election. A Special Emergency Board of Education Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, 6:30 PM at George Inness Annex Atrium, 141 Park Street, Montclair.

Accepting Donations - 2025 Holiday Toy Drive

2025 Holiday Toy Drive Will be accepting donations at the following locations. We are looking for new (unwrapped) toys for children ages 2 -16 .

Township Seeks Input on Weekend & Off-Peak Transit to NYC

Montclair has launched a survey to assess how residents travel to NYC and whether expanded weekend and off-peak NJ Transit service is needed. The survey gathers feedback on travel habits, challenges, and desired improvements.
