Commuter Lot Parking Update - Effective October 5, 2026

 

To help preserve morning parking availability for Montclair residents with monthly commuter permits, daily ParkMobile parking at Montclair commuter lots will only be available beginning at 10:00 AM.

 

This change will help ensure that residents who purchased monthly commuter permits have reliable access to parking during the morning commute, while continuing to offer daily parking after 10:00 AM via ParkMobile. Increased use of daily ParkMobile parking during the morning commute has resulted in resident permit holders frequently arriving to find no available parking.

 

Vehicles using ParkMobile before 10:00 AM will be subject to strict enforcement.
