The Montclair Planning Board is holding a public hearing to discuss the 4th Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (2025 – 2035). The draft Plan can be viewed in the offices of the Township Clerk or the Department of Planning and Community Development at 205 Claremont Avenue. It can also be downloaded through this link: 2025 Housing Plan.
