The elevator at The Crescent Parking Deck is out of service. Parts have been ordered. If anyone has a problem with stairs, please contact the Parking Office and we will make every attempt to find them a parking space on the first floor.

Housing Element and Fair Share Plan

Montclair Township is preparing a Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan which will establish the Township's housing policies for 2025 - 2035. The first Town Hall discussion on the plan took place on Thursday, March 13 and will be discussed by the Planning Board on Monday, March 17. Information on future meeting when the plan will be discussed will be noted here.
