How To Report An Outage
Street Light Reporting
PSE&G has recently released a new street light outage map for reporting issues with PSE&G streetlights. Street Light issues can be reported from the PSEG website or mobile app.

Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®
Home Performance with ENERGY STARcan help you enjoy every room while lowering your energy costs by up to 25% a year. Plus, you can get rebates up to $5,000 and you may be eligible for up to $25,000 in interest-free on-bill repayment to help you pay for your upgrades.
Home Weatherization Program for Income-Qualified Customers

Eligible Customers can receive an on-bill credit of up to $1,500 per charger toward the cost of upgrading Customer-Side Make-Ready (CSMR) assets for the installation of EV charging hardware.

Payment Assistance Programs
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
LIHEAP helps customers pay for winter heating bills and medically-necessary cooling costs. Homeowners and renters are eligible, and you don’t have to be behind on your bill to apply. Income-eligible customers can receive an average of $400 toward their PSE&G heating bill and $500 toward medically-necessary cooling costs.
NJ SHARES (NJS) Energy Assistance Grants
Income-eligible customers with an outstanding balance on their energy bill, can receive assistance from NJS of up to $3,800 through the following three grants:
- NJ Board of Utilities Payment Assistance Gas and Electric (NJBPU PAGE)
- NJS Utility SMART Assistance
- NJS Energy Assistance
