Notice of Council Meeting Start time for Tuesday, December 16, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., the “Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L. 1975, c. 231.

The Mayor and Council of the Township of Montclair will hold its previously scheduled meeting at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey.

The meeting will begin with an executive session to discuss:

Collective Bargaining Agreement (PBA);

Attorney-Client Privilege (Clary Andersen Arena); and

Contract Negotiations (redevelopment).

It is anticipated that the executive session will conclude at 7:00 P.M. or as soon as possible thereafter.

All relevant meeting documents will be available for download on the Township website at https://www.montclairnjusa.org/Government/Council-Meeting-Agendas.
