The Montclair Planning Board is holding a public hearing to discuss the 4th Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (2025 – 2035). The draft Plan can be viewed in the offices of the Township Clerk or the Department of Planning and Community Development at 205 Claremont Avenue.
