Residents, Business and Property Owners,

This bulletin is to inform you about an important infrastructure improvement project taking place in our township.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance connectivity and internet services in our community, Altice (Optimum) is currently implementing a project to install high-speed fiber optic lines throughout the township. This initiative aims to provide residents and businesses with improved internet access and faster connectivity.

During the course of this project, you may notice various activities taking place in the area. These activities include aerial installations on utility poles and wire splicing teams working on the ground. Much of the work will involve public utility easements, which may include utility poles situated on your property.

The subcontractors responsible for the physical installations are from CSI/Squan, and their vehicles will be clearly marked as such. Personnel from CSI/Squan will also be identifiable by their safety clothing marked with the company's name and carry company identification. Additionally, each installation and construction crew will be accompanied by a police officer escort for added safety and security.

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding during the duration of this project. We understand that construction activities may cause temporary inconvenience, but please rest assured that we are working diligently to minimize any disruptions to your daily routines.

For additional information or inquiries regarding this project, please Contact Optimum Customer Service at (973)230-6048.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to bring enhanced internet services to our township.
