Watch: Montclair Township raises the Pride Flag

Montclair Township recognized Pride Month with the raising of the Pride Flag on June 3, 2025. The ceremony was hosted by Out Montclair, taking place at the flagpole at the intersection of Church Street and Bloomfield Avenue. Township officials, staff, activists, political leaders, and many residents attended the ceremony. Montclair's Pride Festival takes place on Saturday, June 14. 

Mayor Dr. Renee Baskerville and Deputy Mayor Susan Shin Andersen were among the many speakers who delivered remarks, representing the township's dedication to inclusivity and its support of the LGBQTIA+ community.
