The Township is awaiting the County's certification of the 2026 tax rate and cannot calculate final tax amounts until it is received. As a result, the mailing of tax bills is delayed. Lifelong Montclair will be setting up a gift-wrapping station at the Lackawanna Plaza Holiday Flea Market, as a fundraiser to support the opening of the new Lifelong Montclair Center for Modern Aging. The flea market is open on Saturdays and Sundays from November 30 - December 22, from 11am - 6pm.
