Community Clean Ups
Montclair's Department of Sustainability welcomes community groups and students to organize litter clean-ups throughout the year. Whether you're looking to make an impact in your neighborhood or engage your organization in environmental stewardship, we provide all the support you need, including grant funding to support your group.
Minimum group size: 6
Session length: Minimum 2 hours
Grant available: $250 (per approved group)

Groups including:
- Cub Scouts, Boy & Girl Scouts
- Schools
- Faith-based organizations
- Youth sports leagues
- Civic associations
- Community groups
What we provide
- Safety gloves and collection bags
- Coordination and logistics support
- Pickup of collected materials
- Recognition and grant funding
