Fire Prevention

The Fire Prevention Bureau is responsible for all fire service activity that decreases the incidence of uncontrolled fire. Personnel focus on inspections, which include engineering and code enforcement, public fire safety education and fire investigation. Fire Prevention is also responsible for compiling all Fire Department statistics and for all arson and fire investigations.
