The presentation explores several important topics, including:

Where municipal funds are spent, including major service areas such as public safety, infrastructure, and community services.
Key cost drivers impacting the budget, including pension obligations, health benefits, and debt service.
Long-term financial trends, showing how revenues and expenditures have evolved over recent years.
The presentation also explains the upcoming township-wide property revaluation, scheduled to be completed in 2027, which will update property values to ensure taxes are distributed fairly based on current market values. The last revaluation was completed in 2018, and the updated valuations will take effect for the 2028 tax year.
Additional information about the proposed budget will be shared as it becomes available.
