Affordable Housing Opinion Survey 2025 - Results
The Economic Development Committee of the Town Council in conjunction with the Planning Department, developed a survey to assess residents' points of view on affordable housing. This survey was widely distributed in April 2025 and resulted in over 1800 responses, a statistically relevant number to broadly derive respondents' positions on issues. The key takeaway was that there is a strong pro-housing cohort in town albeit with caveats.
