Community Health Assessment Deadline Extended to March 31

Montclair residents are reminded that March 31 is the final day to participate in the Township’s Community Health Assessment (CHA) survey.

This short, anonymous survey is an important opportunity for residents to share their experiences and help the Township better understand the health needs of our community. The feedback collected will directly inform Montclair’s next Community Health Improvement Plan and guide future programs, services, and resources.

Residents who have not yet participated are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey before it closes.
