Mayor Baskerville, Township staff, and the Council wish all Montclair residents a safe and Happy Halloween. As families and children go trick or treating today and tonight, the Township's Health and Human Services department have prepared a helpful flyer with tips and reminders for staying safe while celebrating the holiday.
