Property Tax Bills Delayed

The Township is awaiting the County's certification of the 2026 tax rate and cannot calculate final tax amounts until it is received. As a result, the mailing of tax bills is delayed. The standard 10-day grace period will be extended, and the revised deadline will be printed on your tax bill. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

High-Wind Advisory

Winds of up to 20-25mph with gusts up to 45-50mph are expected to begin today, Wednesday, January 29, into tomorrow, Thursday, January 30th.

In an effort to reduce litter scattered throughout the Township by high winds, the Montclair Department of Community Services (DCS) is issuing a high wind advisory for refuse/recycling effective 12 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

A high winds advisory will require that residents refrain from putting refuse/recycling to the curb until 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 30th.
DCS will begin pick-up service at 7:00 a.m. to give residents sufficient time in the morning to bring their refuse/recycling out to the curb.
