2026 Ski Trip Registration Opens on Tuesday, October 7th

We are happy to announce that our annual Ski Trip for Grades 7-12 to the Mountain Creek Resort for 2026 will be starting shortly!

Please read the email in its entirety***.

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7TH AT 11:00AM!

The buses will meet at Montclair High School at 3:00pm with a strict departure at 3:30pm and return to MHS at 10:00pm. The ski trips are all on Thursdays and the dates are January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, and February 5th. 

~In the case of cancellations, we will add additional dates on subsequent Thursdays~

Here's how to register:

• You must register for the Bus first, log in to your account at www.communitypass.net. Click on 'Browse Activities" and select "2026 Ski Trip" for the grades that apply to your children and follow the prompts.
• The cost is $200 for the Bus transportation portion only. Payment must be made in full to reserve your seat on the bus.
• After you have registered for the Bus, we will email you the link and pin to register with Mountain Creek for the ski and rental options.
• There are several different ski options available:
• 1. All-Access Season Pass: Pass with no restrictions. 
  2. Value Pass: Pass with some blackout dates.
  3. Five Trip Lift Card = $169.99 until Oct. 31st, then the price is $179.99
  4. Five Trip Equipment Rental = $149.99 until Oct. 31st, then the price is $159.99
• Lessons are included in all trips, and are required for beginner skiers. 

The All-Access and Value Passes prices vary online, but the lowest prices are available until October 31st, 2025.

Mountain Creek is a fully cashless resort. They accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit, credit or gift cards for Visa, MC, Amex or Discover. In addition, they have a reverse ATM in the lodge. If you have any additional questions about Mountain Creek's amenities, please visit www.mountaincreek.com

Last year, the bus transportation sold out in under a minute! 2025 was the quickest Community Pass had filled bus transportation capacity.

When completing the prompts to check out, if there is an "error" message or "incomplete" upon finishing, it means the bus transportation program has sold out. You would have to refresh, to join the waitlist. We do not give out spot/numerical placements on the waitlist.

IF a spot becomes available, the next person on the wait list will receive a call. If you did not receive a call and/or email, either no one has withdrawn, or a spot has been filled from the waitlist. 

MRCA will not be responsible for incorrect information in your Community Pass account. Please confirm your Community Pass login information, and contact information are correct before registering. Please confirm your child's current grade/school is correct in Community Pass.
