Notice of Public Hearing : 619-631 Bloomfield Ave. (Monday, Mar. 9)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Montclair Township Planning Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether the property identified as Block 2209, Lot 12 on the Township Tax Map with an address of 619-631 Bloomfield Avenue is eligible for designation as a non-condemnation redevelopment area according to the criteria set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12-5. The public hearing will take place on Monday, March 9 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers in the Montclair Township Municipal Building located at 205 Claremont Avenue. A map has been prepared that delineates the study area and can be inspected in the office of the Township Clerk or the Planning Department and is also attached to this notice. Members of the public will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments on the area in need of redevelopment study at that time.
