Montclair Home Energy Efficiency Programs

The Township of Montclair has launched a campaign to connect residents with energy-saving upgrades. From apartments to homes of all sizes, there are programs available to reduce your energy use, save money, and make your home more comfortable. This effort is part of Montclair’s ongoing commitment to promote sustainability in our community, as well as support the state’s objective of lowering greenhouse gas emissions.

LEARN HOW YOU COULD QUALIFY TO RECEIVE $100

Montclair residents that reside in an NJDEP identified Overburdened Community, highlighted in the map below, who qualify for the Comfort Partners or Weatherization program, and completes a free energy audit, can receive a $100 check! This promotion is limited to the first 50 submitted complete applications.
