There are a variety of rental properties scattered throughout the Township that are owned and operated by HOMECorp, a local non-profit corporation whose mission includes the development and operation of affordable housing.
This project includes 11 market-rate and 1 one-bedroom affordable units.
The Montclarion, located near the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Pine Street, includes 1 two-bedroom, low-income unit and 1 three bedroom, moderate-income unit.
The Montclairion is an inclusionary project, built in 1986, contains 38 market rate units and 6 affordable rental units of various sizes. The property is located across the street from the Bay Street train station and just north of Bloomfield Avenue.
The Vestry. The Vestry is a 5-story, 86-unit multi-family mixed-use building with eight affordable apartments located at 147 Bloomfield Avenue that was completed in in 2019.
The Westerly is a three-story, mixed-use 11-unit apartment building with two affordable apartments built in 2020 and located at 256 Park Street.
Two South Willow is a six-story, mixed-use apartment building built in 2021 with 200 units, including 20 affordable apartments, located at 2 South Willow Street.
The Clair is a 40-unit, four-story multifamily building completed in 2024 with four affordable units and located at 37 Orange Road.
